As a first generation bolivian american based in bostoN & NYC, yazi otherwise known as yaz began their photo career after changing paths from the traditional college route in 2016. Since then they have accomplished 2 us tours, was nominated for 8 boston music awards for "best photographer", was published in billie eilish's PHOTO BOOK, AND MORE.

They also run a company called "The PEOPLE'S A&R" that is the largest artist-forward underground music media platform and magazine based in Boston dedicated to highlighting, connecting, and documenting the local independent music scene. the project operates under a unique "people's" model that features street-level videos, live events, and a physical collectors' edition print magazines. each magazine revolves only around one local show and the community of the headliner in the form of one page spread ads to make each edition incredibly intimate to one group of people. Tpar also provides free resources to local artists as well at no charge to help boost local talent that do not have the privelage of a budget.
